Disgusting service

I recently tried purchasing an item online but was told I cannot cos I cannot used my gift card for online purchases .They item is online only so how can I go purchase in store.i even offered to go I store and make payment and even then I’m told no .I asked for a solution and every solution I offered I’m told no .Is this the impression that hifi corp wishes to give their customer that we don’t need urll.Would urll rather loose a R1800 purchase instead of assisting the customer .Surely something could have been done .
