Disgusting Purposes

This is with review to Hifi Corp in Carnival mall

what a bad experiance !!!!!

Customers must stay away from this pathetic store named Hifi Corperation

I phoned yesterday with regards to a complain i need to log with Hifi Corp

I recently purchased a laptop from Hifi Corp dated 2022-03-21 at Carnival mall

upon my purchase i noticed a small dot on the screen of the laptop and assumed its the plastice covering the screen for protection

The other evening i tried doing my assignments and discovered that the screen has been covered with Ink, I immediatly took it back to the store to have it sorted

Yesterday i recieved a call from the Carnival Branch stating that the break on the laptop was caused by me, i mean i bearly used the laptop and that dot on the screen has been there from day one !!!!

I feel like im not vaulued as a client, This product is not even 2 months old

I m Highly upset and thinking of taking this matter to Ombads as well as social media as this store can't be relaied on

The store sold me a damaged good, and now they stating its my Negligents

In other words, i m being called a ****,how can i waste my petrol and travel all the way back to the store if i knew the product was damaged by myself

I m very dissapointed in the manner in which this query was handled, The laptop is under warranty and if you are failling to resolve this issue, i suggest you pay my money back in full, and keep your products that dont have quality

How can this item break within 2months, For such a known store it is extreamly dissapointing that you shift blames for non quality products sold by the store

A Guy by the name of Kevin phone me and was so rude and told me i broke the laptop I than asked for the review given by the techincians , amd this guy ddint even know where the review was im very dissapointed and need the entire S.A to know that HiFi corp in Carnival mall sells **** and broken goods to customers and needs to be exposed
