disgusting pathetic service delivery

i would absolutely never suggest anybody but anything from this company we bought our dishwasher from them they said eventhough it was the floor model there is nothing wrong with it it's just out the box..now not even 6 months later a great brand the damn thing keeps saying that it needs salt now they are saying because it was a floor model the warranty is not valid...also the office chairs that we ordered on line we may have ordered from TIMBAKTU because 20 some odd calls later to the call center with I don't know how many reference numbers as complaints and how many promised callbacks and a tracking that shows as dispatched and a delivery that was promised as 2-3 working day now nearly 1 and a half months later guess what still no office chair my poor husband will probably need spinal surgery at this point because those damn chairs look like they never will get delivered..ridiculouse
