DISGUSTING ONLINE SALES SERVICE & DELIVERY

Disgusting online service delivery. I ordered from JD Group - HIFI corp. They don't deliver, they don't follow up, they don't answer their phones, they don't open or answer email. Wondering if I should lay a charge of theft as they took the money, but still don't have delivery of the goods............can't speak to anyone, apparently, they are too good to take calls, and the best you get is .......we will email the online dept and escalate. Save your self the effort. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS GROUP. If I could give negative stars, I would.
