Disgusting non service from customer service & online purchase

What a disgusting service regarding their online purchase for a Samsung A23 that was on SALE for R2999. Tried for 2 days (ended yesterday 2 Feb 23), but couuld not get further to enter my credit card details. Have been waiting for customer service to get back to me, to no avail. I wanted them to assist me with the online purchase as I couldn't get any joy ! And as Hi Fi Corporation still advertised this special, was eventually told by the store that it was already SOLD OUT before midnight on 2 Feb. The price you see is the price you pay. Whew, I expect to receive the phone at the sale price, otherwise I will certainly take it further.
