Disgusting lack of customer care

<p>I was in the hi fi store in N1 city, goodwood last week to return a faulty hdmi cable I bought along with a tv . while walking across the floor with my husband and customer care consultant, I felt a sharp pain shoot through my foot and I was imediately brought to tears. When I lifted my foot up a nail had gone right through my shoe and into my foot. I later found out the guys had been doing work on the floor and carelessley left the nail laying around. The customer care consultant didn't even ask if I was okay, she just stared and me while I was screaming from the pain. They then ushered me into a office, gave an apology and gave me a customer care number I MUST CALL TO LOG A COMPLAINT. I was already hurt in your store and now I'm expected to phone around? On my way home I phoned and lodged my complaint and I was told someone would get back to me. I'm still waiting. Absolutely disgusted in such a successful franchise that does not give a damn about their customers. And to think that I bought a tv amongst other goods from them, that will definatly be the last time I shop at any hi fi branch </p>
