DISGUSTING, DISHONEST AND ********** SERVICE FROM Hi-fi Corporation

I went into the Fourways store on Thursday and found a Defy 15pl washing machine DDW356 for sale for R3499. I spent about 35 minutes with the sales consultant Gugu going through all the specs of the machine, and finally decided that it was the machine I wanted knowing that I was happy with what I saw. I then encountered 2 problems with hi-fi corp. The sales man refused the fact that the machine came with the Finish voucher until I had to get clarity on it from the Store Manager, Janine Barbosa, who them proceeded to help me with the purchase and finalized the purchase as well as the delivery of he dishwasher for me. The delivery was scheduled for Saturday and upon delivery I see that the machine delivered to me was a machine I had never seen before . I called and complained only for Janine the store manager to tell me that there was a mistake and that the machine that was delivered was actually what I was supposed to get. I sent the machine back to the store and went there personally to see the store manager. After waiting 20 minutes for her to come out of the office, she came out to see me. Whilst waiting for her the sales guys on the floor started arguing with each other and were worried about who put the wrong price on the dishwasher. Gugu the sales guy that helped me with the purchase **** to her and said that he never showed me the machine I was expecting upon delivery. The store removed the pricing for the machine and she said that the machine never had any pricing for it, yet whilst talking to her one of the sales people came with a new price tag and marked it for R8999. She said to me there that was no price on the machine but then when I told her that I had photos of the machine with the price tag on it, she saw it on my phone and agreed that they were wrong and that they would deliver the machine to me on Sunday. I sent her an email with the photo I had of the price. I trusted that the matter was resolved. An hour later she emails me to say that I must pay an additional R4000 to get the machine that was advertised at the incorrect price. I have asked her for video footage of the sale itself taking place and she is now hiding and not replying to my emails. She put on copy in the email someone named, Mpho Mokoena and neither of the 2 of them have rep****. I have also logged a complain with Hi-fi Corporations head office and they are also wasting my time because nobody is contacting me, replying to emails or fixing the problem for me. This is absolutely appauling service from Hi-Fi corporation as well as an infringement on my rights as a consumer. I am thoroughly fed up as I have paid them my hard earned money without a dishwasher in my possesion and I feel that no-one is trying to help me with the problem.
