Disgusting customer service - hifi coperation the glen

<p>I made a lybye with Hi fi corporation. The product that we bought was delievred and within a week it broke while it was under warranty. I contacted the shop and related the story. An agent was sent which did an assessment and advised to get another product as the one delivered was faulty. We opted to get the refund as we were given that option because the shop didnt have the same product that matched our budget, hence we requested the refund. The paperwork for the refund was done onthe 18 November 2016 up to now i havent received my money . We have no communication/reference whats so ever from te shop. I made numerous calls to Susan that dealt with my query and she never comes back instead promises to deliver and she doesnt. Each time i call she has a different excuse about , she just came back from lunch ,waiting for feedback but she doesnt call and give any developments.. Never had to deal with such service in my entire life...Its appaling.....</p>
