Disgusting customer service

We ordered a desk from Hi- Fi Corporation. Basically we will never ever ever again buy anything from them again. The desk arrived without *****s or wheels. So we cannot use it at all. I phoned them on the 6th of December. And customer service said it will be 48 hours until someone brings the parts and even assembles it for us. Today is the 14th of December... nobody arrived...after phoning them again they said the complaint is at the warehouse. Worst of all- this is an online only deal so i cannot even go to a store. We cannot use the desk. Wonder how long it will take for them to finally come back to us. Disgusting service
