disgusting customer service

on saturday 27july 2024 i went to hi-Fi corporation boksburg looking to buy 2 phones , a guy assisted me nicely. , i then enquired about payjoy , which is another method of payment i can choose He then took me to a consultant who deals with that. Unfortunately for me she was still busy with another client which meant i had to wait. while waiting another another consultant came through to assist a guy who came after me, i asked why she was not even asking who came first; she said she was not aware i needed help, needless to say, I continued waiting for 3 hours with no help, even the lady that i was waiting for said nothing , she just told her colleague that i was there for payjoy, thats when she decided to come and explain how it works , and believe me i had done my homework, but instead she only told me the disadvantages of using that method of payment , she had nothing good to say , i just saw that they both were not willing to assist as it was close to knockoff time. what's sad is that i wanted to buy two phones 1 cash and 1 on payjoy. but due to lack of professionalism, i ended leaving the store without purchasing. what disturbed me is how can one person be the only one who can assist with contracts and other form of payments when its month end and the store is full. i will never go to that store again . i wish they can improve their services for other customers because how i was treated was uncalled for.
