Disgusting customer service!

SHOCKING SERVICE!!!! I bought an electric blanket online and it suddenly stopped working a month or 3 later, when I tried to return it I was told I have to go to the nearest store to do so - which is a 90km round trip from me. I then went through a lengthy process to log it in and wait for the "supplier" to provide feedback. After calling in week after week, to be told it takes up to 45 days turnaround, I had to replace the item. I was then informed weeks later that a refund would be done and nothing happened, upon following up on my refund, I was told that the supplier said "instructions were not followed!" However they could replace the item. I refused as I had already had to buy a new one in this time. It has been over a month now and no one ever gets back to me, after telling me I need to contact THEIR suppplier! I was not prepared to do this as I bought the item ONLINE from HIFI CORP NOT THEIR supplier!!! Disgraceful service from HIFI Corp online and HIFI Corp Springfield park!!!!!!
