Disgusting behaviour

Went to hificorp in cresta mall to enquire about their laptop contract deals and nobody was willing to assist . Everyone kept on shouting referring me from pillar to post. I requested to speak to the manager (Dingaane) and he also told me he doesn’t know what to do because he doesn’t deal with contracts and all the consultants that have the “Telkom logins” are unable to help .He just left standing there.Adelaide said she doesn’t want to assist because she doesn’t know how that system works yet she has the logins and Amukelani was the only one who was trying to get me to be assisted he even walked me to incredible connection to try and get someone to help but unfortunately they said both consultants doing contracts are off.I’m really disgusted with the service I got from that store as I took my time off work to come straight there and not get any assistance.
