Disgusting and ************* service

I placed an online order on Saturday the 16th ov July for a bed and I received an sms on the 19th July that it shall be delivered on the 21 July and should make sure that someone is available and they did not, I tried sending a chat and I'm being told that the order was only made on the 21 July. I want my money back
