Disgusting after service from Store

I bought a KIC metallic water dispensing fridge cash for R5199 in October 2020. Since then I have had numerous problems with the fridge. Instead of helping me I get to call the branch myself every single time there is an issue. The fridge was replaced and then after 4 months I switched it off to clean it out, only to my shock the fridge is dead and does not come back on again. Eventually now I am phoning KIC myself to make my own service calls as no one is bothered from Boksburg HI-fi corp. The after service is disgusting..I will never recommend anyone to buy from your store in a hurry. Sad reality that I was told by Zanele that there are customers in the store they don't have the time to service my problem immediately.
