DISGUSTING!!!!!! after purchase customer service

WORST After purchase service. I bought an Acer laptop Oct 2020 and its April 2021 but already the laptop is not charging. They booked it for repairs on the 21st March 2021, its the 6th of April 2021 and it has not been received by the repairs.
