Disgusted with the service

<p>So I ordered a fridge online for black friday. Order went through successfully I made sure there was money in my account for then to take it. However, still no response. I called them on monday to find out it was cancelled due to no payment. My auestion is this, so if I did not call I was not going to know that it was cancelled. They never notified me at all. The girl that helped me was so rude and when asking to speak to a manager, she told me her manager will tell me the same thing and theres no managers to speak to. They told me to wait because they'll call back after logging a complaint. Still nothing. So apparently doing things online with hifi corporation is more stress. Why have black friday online if your technical difficulties will become my problem. Attached shows the order been placed and they'll email me. I still received no damn email.</p>
