Disgusted with Hifi Corp Tygervalley - bad service

I am so upset with HiFi Corp Tygervalley.<br> <br> I went on their website to search for external hard drives. Found the Toshiba 2.5\ 500GB External Hard Drive on the site for R589.90. I checked stock and it said Tygervalley had stock. I phoned their Tygervalley branch to ask them to keep me a unit as I was on my way.<br> <br> The phone operator could not answer one of my questions without putting me on hold to check with the manager.
