Disgusted on service delivery from hifi corp

Very poor service received from hifi corporation rustenburg ordered a bed on the 19 th of august and up until today havent received my bed or even a date on which they will deliver keeps on coming with excuses and stories as to why i dont have my bed yet.

Even though the staff at rustenburg is trying to help me the problem as my understanding is that the problem is coming from either head office and their stores
