Hifi corporation N1 City.. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Firstly no one bother to assist us on the floor we had to literally go to someone at the counter. Mind you this lady is the cashier and the audacity for someone to come to her to tell her no one else is available.. Then why didn't she assist us.

We just wanted to do a lay bye for a fridge and this lady had to leave us to go and assist at the tills. Walking with my ID which is a personal document and also leaving it around..

Ive never had a problem with this store. But seeing the people that's on shift is not the usual people who actually knows how to give service.
