Disgusted

Opened account on Saturday at hi-if corporation lady that assist me was very helpful . The account got approved on Monday but I went to collect the good on Wednesday as I walking in nobody came to assist me. When they decide to assist me the manger of the store doesn’t have any customer service skill, she made me wait for more the 2hrs without even tell me what going on .It’s almost like I’m doing her a favour from buying from her.Really disgusting to see things like this happen, cause I have any account with incredible connection also and I went to two different stores eastgate and mall of Africa the service I got from the was excellent. Really disappointed in the treatment we got from the store manager Mandy at hi-if corporation and trust me this is the first and last time I buy from that store
