disgusted and irate

I am so disgusted with the service received from hifi. I purchase a fridge on the 27 November 2019. On Saturday 20 November I followed up with regards to the delivery .Spent and hour max @ the Mitchell’s Plain store . Only to go home and be called by the manager who says that she just found out that there is no more of that unites and the will replace it with one of the late test modules .(I have the call recording ) .I’m still waiting on feedback no one can tell me what’s going on . I must call to find out .
