Disgusted and furious. Got ****** by Hi fi

Worst experience ever, and I have bought many products by them before but there TV quality is very bad. And N1city manager is inconsiderate, all about taking peoples money not about providing good service. I bought a TV cash on Sunday afternoon. All they were worried about is about making a payment, seems they knew they were selling **** to me. I percificly asked how the product was, because the previous TV I bought by them just kept me 3 years and I payed over R11000 by them. Matthew told me the Hisence make is a good product. I wasn't told anything about warranty or guarantee, just go to the till and make a payment. Matthew packed the TV up, loaded it on the trolley and pushed it to our vehicle to load it. Got home took the TV out the box, screen is cracked. Went back the Monday because they close the Sunday at 5pm.Just to be told, they can't replace it, nor fix it, nor can I get a refund. I must buy another TV. Within less then 12hours this people took over a R7000 from me. And I am still sitting with no TV but they have my money. Refusing to replace it. I ddnt even get a chance to switch the TV on. I am so furious to think I got ****** by them. Not only do they sell bad products, they have no morals. They rob there customers.
