Disgruntled customer

I've purchased a defy deep freezer at hificorp at festival mall branch on July 14th,this item was supposed to be delivered from their polokwane branch to my village which is 29km away, they contacted the polokwane branch which made the delivery quotation, all went smoothly at the festival mall but trouble started when I went to polokwane to release the appliance for delivery, they claimed that they don't do deliveries, a fee which I already paid during the purchase(R350),they said I have to pay an extra R50 as they'll use an external delivery personel, I was surprised that a store that doesn't do deliveries made a quotation and charged for a service they don't provide, their online platform also had a free delivery adverti*****t up to the 15th of july... I would really appreciate my delivery to go through or my full refund.. Disappointed with the service of the hi fi corporation branch of polokwane.
