Disgruntled

<p>I took my hisense tv in for repairs at hifi corporation at westrand lifestyle crossing on the 25th of June 2016. To my surprise two weeks on my TV is still there at the shop. Hisense hasn't picked it up. I was told hisense phones haven't been working for 8 days,what a bunch of Bull. My TV is less than a year and the screen just went black. I even purchased an extended warranty for 4 years. So what am I suppose to watch until my TV gets fixed? I will write to the consumer commission about their conducted and violating my rights. I demand to be given a cortacy TV until my gets fixed! I sent hisense an email yesterday I'm still waiting for their feedback. Job no 49737</p>
