Ipurchaded a cordless grinder online and they delivered a jigsaw instead. After reporting the mistake they collected the jigsaw but never delivered the grinder. After many calls and emty promises they refunded me because " the item is out of stock" . They ****. The item is still available but for R200 more. They say that January prices is different than December prices even though I ordered and paid in December. No help. I simply have to order again at the higher price.
