DISAPPOINTS !!!

The service that I got from hi-fi corp has been horrible, and its funny how this is actually happening the second time. Firstly I went to layby a tv and on the display it was cheaper but when I went to the cashier the prices were much higher than that on display, I guess that was not enough, on 21/05/27 I went back to the very same store and app**** for credit on the laptop that I saw online, I received no feedback what so ever, so I sent an email to the guy that was assisting me. He called in on the second day after I sent the email, he said I should come pick it up. I then explained to him that I'd be coming the very same day, I got held up and then I went back on Saturday and this was two days after he called me. when I went to pick it up I found that the laptop is no longer on stock, I'm being told all sort of things now. My issue is the service I got there, firstly I gave this guy my bank statement and he gave his colleague my bank statement to look it, what was the reason to gossip about my statement right in front of me, she was not assisting why was she there from the beginning, I got no feedback on my application it took them three days to get back to me, the laptop is still on display and they are telling me its no longer on stock, the guy I got there at the store gave me a bad attitude as if I had no choice it's either I take it or leave it, He was very rude and impatient with me, he didn't even listen or try to understand that I was only there to pick up the laptop not to buy one, I was now told that the laptop is discontinued because it is slow, they told me it does not even have enough space, so now that they sold my laptop to someone else they are telling me all the negative things about about this laptop, which they never did before. I asked if I took the last laptop on display would I get any discount and they said it would be 5% discount, Which means I literally don't get any discount and this laptop has been there for weeks now. Ukuthi why was no follow ups made with me, no one called to tell me that the laptop is out of stock, no explained anything, I don't konw maybe they saw my payslip and thought I wouldn't afford it. I searched again for the laptop online and checked where I could find it and it still shows available at Southgate mall.
