Disappointment with HiFi Corp Arbour Crossing

Very disappointed with the Arbour Crossing Branch in Amanzimtoti for their lack of communication and false assurance. I purchased a Hisense fridge today just before lunch time and even payed a slightly higher price as compared other competitor stores even though it was on sale because i was told it can be delivered on the same day. I was told to stay home for the rest of the day as they cannot give me an exact time of delivery but the sales consultant assured me that it will be delivered the same day. I moved all my appointments to the next day as i needed the fridge urgently and i had explained this to him at the store before i made the purchase. Since 2:30 pm i must have called the store over 15 times and nobody answers. It is now late afternoon and there is no delivery. What an inconvenience and waste of my time!!! Really terrible service from a large franchise.
