Disappointment

I'm so deeply hurt with the service I have bought my laptop in December for school then wen i open it in January to do the school work only to findout that it don't have an audio took it back to the shop with all the proof of purchase n they try to fix it i waited in de shop plus minus 3hours only to be told that is a factory fault they going to send it for repairs. After 3days a lady by the name of Refilwe called to tell me she want a box or else dey won't fix it i mean where must I get de box now? How will I know de empty box was more important than de product inside? What must i do with dis laptop?
