Disappointing service

Placed an online order on the 24 of August and i havent received any communication regarding my order, I lodged a complain over the phone after I was promised 2 to 6 days delivery. The agent said I should expect a call the following day. The following day there was no call, I call again and I am told there is no stock, they are still awaiting stock in the warehouse. How about informing the client and letting them know what is going on. I said id like a refund, I still need to follow up on that too as no one is saying anything, no email no call. Once you shop here, you are on your own.
