Disappointing Online Purchase Experience

I bought a TV online from HiFi Corp, but the experience was very disappointing. After waiting 7 days for delivery, I was informed that the product could not be delivered because it was supposedly damaged. I was then told that I had to wait 14 days for a refund. What is frustrating is that the item was sold online even though it appears it was not actually in stock or not available in a deliverable condition. Payment was taken immediately, yet I am left waiting weeks for my money to be returned due to issues on their side. This has been an inconvenient and frustrating experience, and based on this experience, I would advise others not to buy from them.
