Disappointing Hi Fi Corp kenilworth

I made an online purchase on the 11 July 2022 for a laminating machine and a pack of laminating pouches. the nearest store did not have the laminating machine and it was dispatched from Johannesburg while I am in Cape Town. The laminating Sheets was processed immediately after I made the purchase but I received the laminator machine on the 13 July all way from Joburg and my laminating pouches from Hi Fi corp in Kenilworth is yet to dispatch it but the online tracking already says delivered. After putting in a complaint, do the branch call me to apologise for the delay and it will be dispatched today. Were they not gonna deliver my product? No explanation. This is pathetic and I'm disappointed with this service. All they did was apologise and make excuses after I complained.
