Disappointing Experience with Hi Fi Corp Liberty Promenade Mall in Cape Town- Poor Customer Service and Unfulfilled Promises.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hi Fi Corporation, Liberty Promenade Mall in Cape Town.

The level of customer service I have received has been subpar, to say the least. From the moment I walked into the store, I was met with rudeness from the consultants. They seemed uninterested in helping me and were dismissive of my questions.

But the real issue is the lack of communication and follow-through on my purchase. It's been 2/3 weeks since I paid for my item, and I'm still waiting for my item to be delivered. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store, I've been met with silence. When I do manage to get through to someone, the calls are consistently dropped, leaving me with no updates or resolution.

The manager I have spoken to has been equally unhelpful, showing a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction. It is unacceptable that a company would treat its customers with such disregard.
