disappointing and shocking service

I am extremely disappointed with hifi Corp. I ordered a gas stove on the 26th June. I was told up to 14 working days . The 16th July was 14 working days. We are now on the 20th and I have still not received my order!!! When I phone I keep getting told someone will phone me in the next 24 hours. It has now been 4 days and still no phone call!! I want my stove and this will be the last time I order anything from hifi Corp!!! Service is shocking!!!
