Disappointed with HiFi corp

I bought TV and SD card online on the 29 November 2019 at hifi corp and they only deliver SD card and they said the TV is on the way .my sister signed the slip as she was told that TV is on the way. Even today is still on the way .I went to the HiFi corp at southgate mall and told to phone the head office .and when I call them they don't answer the phone .I then decided to go to HiFi eastgate mall thinking that it was delivers from them only to find that it was from head office but at east gate was willingly to help they promised to help me by contacting people who deals with that ,they call and said we signed that we received both items .that was the answer they got from Rtt
