DISAPPOINTED with aftercare service

Im trully disapointed in the aftercare service Im receiving from N1 City branch. I took my television back on Saturday 15th April. I never received a call to say the television would only be collected on Thursday the 20th and not Monday the 17th. I was simply told the technician(s) would take 7 - 21 days to get back to me. This might seem to you like a small matter, but to me this is a huge inconvenience to my household. I upheld my end of the deal and paid cash for the television, but im being treated like im asking for a handout. Please let me know what is happening??!!
