Disappointed in Hi-fi corporation customer service

I bought a hisense smart TV from hi-fi corporation n1 City on Thursday 16 May 2019 got home switched it on and the screen was half black,without a scratch I then returned the TV on Friday 17 May 2019 and was told it's physical damage there's nothing they can do about it. I feel extremely disappointed and violated as a customer!!!!
