Disappointed

Purchased a sansui 75" TV in April 2019. It came with a warranty and we took an extended warranty as well. On 3 January 2020 TV stops working, called the store and advised them of this on 4 Jan. On 7 Jan I had to follow up with the store cos I was told they would book with technicians to come have a look, only to be told it will take up to 21 days for someone to come to me, so I could sit for the entire of Jan without a tv. Ths is absolute bull!! No one tells u this when u are making the purchase, cos if we knew this we would not have purchased all the goods from them. If only we could tell them when we need to make payment, sorry I am not paying for the TV this month cos I didnt use it!!!!
