Disappointed customer

I places an order for a laptop on the p 9th of December they said I will get my parcel in 2-5 working days I've been waiting till now and now I asked for refund they are telling me about 7-14 working days where as I paid them immediately when I was buying a laptop , this is so painful since now I'm not sure if I will get my money back .

My advice is never ever buy from this store their customer service is so poor.
