Disappointed Customer

I'm deeply disappointed with the service experience encountered. On the 1 June 2025 I bought a sound bar. On the 3 June 2025 I took delivery of headphones. I called the Hi-Fi Corporation call center and brought it to their attention. They never got back to me and on the 6 June 2025 I followed up and was promised by a call center consultant that they will get me my sound bar. I have received calls this week being promised that I will receive my sound bar by Tuesday but that is not the case. I'm not happy with the service received.
