disappointed customer

I have never been so disgusted in my entire life, i odered a gaming chair at Hi-fi Corp online on 02 December 2025 i received a confirmation and everything was well and good of Friday 05 December i receive a call from adriver i told him that its late and he is delivering to a business address so the business is closed, then next day he did not deliver and on Monday he told me he is not in the area anymore, mina you you cant even track your order because the name of the courier company is not there, i tried calling Hi-fi Corp for since Monday till today i cant find them, i reached out via email, Facebook ticktock i am still not assisted, can someone call me on ***
