Disappointed customer

Hi

I bought X2 magnetto light and power, on the 26 of Nov it was delivered, but only 1 light, i called inn and advise. On the next day i received a call from the manager and advise i will get my missing light in 2 days. Called severals times mind you waiting time to get through it 15- 20 min. A manager called me to ask if i have received my missing light i tild him NO, he said i can go to any hificop store and tell them they will give me. Mind you i ordered online because i didn't want to go to the store. Now i have too fine i drove to Springfield hifi corp where ia was assisted by Precious in customer service dept, unfortunately i did not get my light because i ordered online and they can get hold of them and even if i showed a proof that i only received 1 light as i made a video while opening the sealed packet.

Still today i have not received my other light hence i paid for it.

Please advise me whta to do
