disappointed

i returned an item to one of the stores in kimberley,got a reply after a month only because i did a follow up i was told im credited ,then i got a job in another province(mpumalanga my home place) i called in to tell them i was told i will recieve a refund i have been calling from the 17th of jan 2025 till date no respond,on the call i made on the 16th around 13h02 i was told they will send me forms in other to release the funds but i have been getting silly messages that i should go to the store and get a replacement from mpumalanga to northern cape its kilos and time consuming too,i havent got any assistance since
