Disappointed

Hi Fi Corporation Retail park staff are very useless and unable to help their customers!! I bought a LG sound system in 2014 it had to go in for repairs in 2016. I believe it was never looked at and my receipt was retained. Please note we were asked to pay a extra R1000 for an extended warranty and that it covers a immediate replacement should we experience any problems! We are now experiencing the very same problem with the radio and the staff are saying they cannot assist in solving the matter i have spoken to Argentina Baloyi i have waited for a call back from Mervyn Hansen ..no help!!! HI FI CORPORATION retail park is a useless store and I wouldn’t recommend it anyone ????????
