Disappointed

I bought stove online last week on the 6th of April 2026, on Tuesday the 7th i received a message notifying me that the order would be delivered on the 9th of April 2026. I waited for delivery but my order was not delivered. On Friday the 10th I called to find out why the order was not delivered, a call was logged and I was given a reference number. On Monday the 13th I called again to find out when delivery would be made but no confirmation date.
