Disapointed on the brand

I bought a DEFY mini oven with two hot plates on the 17 Dec 2019. I chose this brand because I was looking for a quality product that would last for years to come. The oven itself works well but I've tried cooking with this product and it is very slow. I spent 30 minutes trying to prepare simple scrambled eggs. And I spent an entire afternoon preparing what was supposed to be Sunday lunch. I went into the store asking for the product to be replaced, I was told that that's exactly how the stove works, and they will send it for assessment which will take 21 days. In the meantime I will not be able to prepare anything to eat.

Upon purchasing the product I was not informed about the fault with the two stove tops, and this was vital information but it was withheld by the sales consultant, I am not prepared to part with R1200.00 of my hard earned money for a mediocre product.

I'd like a refund, and I'll buy a product that I can actually use for cooking elsewhere.
