Difficult and hassle riddled exchange process

I was so excited to receive the gas heater that I ordered online but to my surprise,it arrived without component- which is what you need to turn the device on.Going on the website now to log a return - the site says i actually have to go out of my way to reach a branch ( all the way from Soweto ) in this unrest.

The process of exchange is quoted as ''Simple and hassle free'' but I dont think that is a definition that the brand understands because it is a hassle having to spend money on transportation to fix something that was not my fault.I would share this complaint on Facebook but too many people waiting to tell me I should have went to GAME to avoid such issues
