Dewald Nel, my boyfriend app**** for credit at Hi Fi Corp, he were approved for R15000.00 and Swazi the sales lady that helped him said to him after he signed a bunch of papers that she is going to sent tha papers to head office for another approval. Today when Dewald phoned than they tol him that he must go in again to sign again a bunch of papers so that they can sent it to head office. Dewald is working from Mon to Fri and we are staying approx. 15km from town and we are using public transport. The papers were suppose to be handed in today according to Queen Swazi but according to the branch manager it the papers will only be sent in after Dewald signing other forms. That means it takes hi fi Corp about 2years for credit approval. Their services is up to **** and I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from hi fi Corp. Now Dewald my boyfriend must go in again on Saturday to fill in again forms and **** after Queen Swazi told him that they are done, now they just wait for the head office. She were suppose to sent the forms already on Saturday 31 October 2015, that is what she promised to us.
