despicable staff

<p>I have put in a lay buy on a fan at hifi corp Springfield park.I then paid in full at the cashier's only to be told by the despatch that the item is out of stock and they won't be getting anymore in,I then approached the manager (Patrick) who said that there is nothing he could do about it and if we wanted it we must go fetch from tori, we then queried a refund only to be told to follow the payment Que which we stood in for almost 30min....is this the kind of staff that is In the employ of such a huge establishment, not knowing what's what in the store ....I wonder what else I happening in there ..theft could be rife in that store...if the employees don't know what's happening. </p> <p>yours disgruntled </p> <p>Alister Naidoo</p>
