despicable services

I had purchased a cellphone online on the 25th May 2023 and they said that the parcel will be delivered within 2-5 working days, today is the 6th day and i have not received my parcel, the courier company has ****** the parcel and no one from HIFI corporation knows about there complaints department is a joke no one ever gets back to you and when you ask for an update they say their systems are offline. no customer services at all and are very very unprofessional . today is the 2nd June 2023 and i still have had no assistance or answers as to what is going on or how they will get my parcel delivered. i am actually scared to ask for a refund as if they cant deliver a simple package image them refunding monies we might never get our monies back. my order number is ***
