Dented Machine

On Monday the 27th of April, My girlfriend and I bought a washing machine from HiFi Corporation festival mall. We got home and opened it, only to find out it was dented. We immediately took it back but then we were told they can not take it back as we dropped it. This was a shock as there was no point where we dropped it during the loading and unloading of this machine. The supervisor by the name of Nicoliah told us t come back when the branch manager is around maybe they would replace it for us. On Saturday the 2nd of May I went back and the manager by the name of Suzan said they will check with Samsung and see if they can give them credit and then they would replace it. This morning i got a call from a guy named Prince saying they wont be replacing it as it was definitely dropped. This is stressing as we just spent R4800 washing machine that we presumed is new but is actually damaged. We couldn't even get to see the footage as apparently its too small to be viewed and it doesn't give conclusion whether the machine was damaged or not when we left the store. I'm therefor lodging a formal complaint against HI-FI Corporation regarding this matter and the condition of the goods!
